Our Process

OzGREEN has developed a process we call Sustainability in Action. Sustainability in Action is the integrated transformative learning and leadership process that fast tracks our transition to sustainability. OzGREEN’s Sustainability in Action Process takes people on a journey that progressively builds personal and organisational capability and engagement.

The Process brings together sustainability education, leadership development and connectivity/network building. It supports participants to develop and implement a 2-stage plan for action: firstly their personal, or organisation sustainability action plan; secondly their sustainability change leadership plan – how they will use their unique value proposition, as individuals and businesses, to contribute to the massive sustainability challenge.
