In November 2023, OzGREEN orchestrated an enlightening excursion for Bellingen High School students enrolled in Aboriginal Studies. Led by Dean Kelly, a knowledgeable Gumbaynggirr man and the CEO of the Yurruungga Aboriginal Corporation, the students embarked on a captivating walk along the Urunga Boardwalk. This educational journey lead students to deepen their understanding of Aboriginal culture and heritage, provided unique insights into the local environment and it’s significance and connected students with the newly formed Yurruungga Aboriginal Corporation .
