Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course

We partnered with health professionals to deliver an eight-week evidence-based mindfulness training program to assist people with stress, anxiety, depression and pain.

Participants' scores of resilience increased from 4.9 (pre-group mean) to 7.7 (post-group mean).

Participants reported a decrease in depression, anxiety and stress.
