Rethink Waste at Twilight Markets

The Rethink team attended the Twilight Markets, a weekly Coffs Harbour event with all sorts of delicious foods on offer on the shore of Park Beach. The team shared information about the changes to single use plastics and compostable food packaging options with the different food truck vendors and collected any food waste for composting. We interacted with market goers providing assistance with sorting waste at the bins, information about composting, waste streams and single-use plastics.
