Woolgoolga Community Gardens Visit

August 2022 | Woolgoolga, NSW, Australia

Participants of the Resilient Communities program were treated to a tour of the Woopi Community Gardens from garden co-founder Helen. They observed, heard many stories and collected wisdom from the journey of establishing and building this exemplary community resource. The group also left with some of the best value jams, preserves and seedlings, all created by garden members.

  • "It was great to participate in a tour of the garden and see all the parts in operation. All of this was great food for thought, and I have been reflecting on this experience since."
