1. Apply or seek first aid.

2. If necessary, call 000 to notify emergency services

(i.e. Fire Service, Police, Ambulance)

3. Record as much detail as possible on an OzGREEN Safety Incident form in your kit.

4. Record the time, date, location, any witnesses and description of the incident. Include details of type of medical attention received.

5. Report the incident to the Bellingen Riverwatch Coordinator Sam at sam@ozgreen.org.au or 0447949259

6. If you received medical treatment for your injuries, please ensure you keep all receipts.
